The First WOYWW of the year!!!

Well Happy New Year everyone, and Happy Woyww!!

If you have No idea what I am going on about you need to pop over Here  and meet the lovely Julia, the hostess, of the biggest virtual craft room raid going!!

So here's mine....

Now what can we see, firstly, It's reasonably tidy, only the stuff that has been in immediate use is on my desk, yippeee that means that it's not the usual disgrace when you pop round to mine, see Brenda?

So on the desk, well Promarkers obviously, 2 images using digi stamps that I made from My Craft Studio Floriography and Setting the Scenes vol 1. The flower Pots and boots are from Setting the Scene, and the Flowers from Floriography, but I need to re-jig it, and remove the edge of the pots, so back to the pc I will go after this,. and do it properly, as they show through the flowers, and Promarkers arent covering it!!
My Dual Speed heat gun, a necessity, for drying the prints so I can colour them quicker instead of waiting for the ink to cure for 24 hrs!
My syringe of Pinflair, the edges of the glass tubs holding wooden embellies, a Chinese Dragon Stamp which I havent put away yet, as I am still using it, I used it on the Chinese new year card in a previous post, an old Onyx box holding some broken bits of costume jewelry, my mixing tile for my aqua markers, and the edge of the tub I keep my promarkers in, a bit of ribbon and a glue stick!!

See clean, well for me that is lol

Happy WOYWW, and I'm off to hop around as many as a I can lol, but it does take me some time, as I have the nasty habit of reading every post!!!!

Hugs and thanks for popping by,

Lou

I am also determined to get round more people this year, especially when the desks are as interesting as yours. I love that flower pot image, bright and cheerful, and looking forward to Spring. Maggie #73

Hello Lou, interesting desk ... those digital images are fab, though I see what you mean about the lines showing through the Promarker colouring still. I'm another who has the goal to visit more WOYWWers each week, slow work though as, like you, I read every post. All the best, Elizabeth x #60

I try to read every post as well Lou (even if I don't have time to comment on all of them) so it takes me a couple of days to get round everyone. What a coincidence that we both put on boxes of broken jewellery and that we may be able to make a pair of those rope earrings - don't think I would wear them though ha ha.
Lovely colouring on this images, can't wait to get in the garden again but in this weather I would need a boat.

The coloring looks so nice. I see what you mean about the pot but it's not really that obvious. Can't wait for Spring to arrive and this has definitely gotten me in the mood!!

Gosh that looks like so much fun. I'd like to give that a go but, alas, I don't know anyone who does it and I wouldn't have the money/time to commit to buying new stuff. Looks fabulous though! EDS - is that Ehlers-Danlos syndrome? Thank you for your comment earlier. :)

Nice images you have there. How impatient we crafters are - drying your images with your heat gun! Tut Tut!

P.S. My background image was made with blenders - not brayered!!

The table of indeterminate purpose is very tidy and all my current crafty requirements are safely and clearly stowed in their new home. I'm hoping it will last and so as not to jinx it, it is not a resolution. Happy New Year.

Lol for calling me out, I suppose I am a bit of a neat freak when it comes down to it! Shame about the edges showing, especially after all the time spent colouring in too. Very nice to see a tidy desy though, you know I shall expect it every week now!!

I haven't ventured into using digi prints for my Promarkers yet but you've reminded me to look into it. It's addictive isn't it this grown-up colouring?!

If anyone complains about coloring outside the lines just stick your tongue out at them! That's what I say. It looks like you are having fun at your desk. I'm getting a late visit this week. I am currently avoiding my desk. We aren't friends today.
