Well, another post from me using a digi stamp from Black Pumpkins Messy Studio, available Here, this one is the Heartsy Valentine.
I had lots of ideas for this one, but this is the one I decided to go with, when I got the printer to play fair that is!!
I have said in earlier posts that I am in an Acetate phase, just lately.........and this one is no different, sigh, acetate supplies rapidly shrinking, and supplies will have to be obtained soon!
So what did I do with this lovely set of hearts? Popped it into My Craft Studio of course!! You should know me by now!! I really do like the ease of use of the program, everything is sensibly named!! But this post isnt about that, its about BPMS Heartsy Valentine.
So back to the tale.......well this was the 3rd sheet of acetate, the first one printed too light, the second one printed green (HUH?) and finally the third one printed properly! I really think I need a new printer!!
I found a background in one of the My Craft Studio files, and laid the digi over the top, the best thing about digi's well some of them, is that if you lay them over a background, the digi should block the background, which this one did, yippee, so I could do what I wanted with it!
So I printed it off, and mounted it on some Gold hammered mirri with some gold Brads, as glues and tape all show through acetate. I knew it was going on a red base card, so dug out some gems, and used them to cover the dots and swirls. Then mounted it onto the base card. I had deliberately left the Heartsy Valentine label, as I love the way its written, and the hammered texture shows through the acetate adding interest, the gems add a bit of bling.
But its a simple card, left that way on purpose as I love the details on the hearts and didnt want anything to detract from them, hope you like it?
Do pop by the Shop and have a nosey, there are some beautiful images in there!

Card and paper crafting keeps me sane! But this is now mainly a Vlog, due to Eyesight issues. Please feel free to use my designs for inspiration Purposes, but do not Directly copy, or pass my work off as your own. I would rather inspire, than be "flattered" by copying, xx
