Right typing this post as its only short but hoping it will help others out there looking for Zing supplies here in the UK
Unfortunately currently due to postage costs at the UK site, I will not pay the ridiculous price for "shipping" from the UK site. so heres a list of where I get my supplies from here in the UK.
Mats: okay theres 2 sites that have reasonable prices for mats currently this may change but heres the 2 links:
http://www.sirstampalot.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=22405 £14.99 each pack of 2
and http://www.mdpsupplies.co.uk/cricutconsumables.asp which doesnt show VAT, but I phoned, and they are @£15.72 per pack of 2.
Now those are for the Cricut mats, NOT zing mats, or Cameo mats, but I bought a pack at the NEC, and they work very well, so thats what I am going for again and they are for the 12x24 inch mats, not the 12x12, but the big ones!
Now I do have 2 blade holders from KNK, but due to postage I wont buy the blades from the site. So a new blade holder had to be got. After a lot of reading I found the Sizzix Eclipse Blade holder, here: http://www.scrappycatcrafts.co.uk/page46.html
And the BEST buy so far has to be the Blades for this blade holder http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00IJ673E8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00 Now note this is for 15 Blades!! 5 Yellow, 5 Red, and 5 blue, and the offset is .25
Aleens tack it over and over, a repositionable glue for re-stickying the mats: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aleenes-Tack-Over-Fabric-Glue/dp/B00178QQ84/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1420058225&sr=8-1&keywords=aleenes+tack+it+over dilute 1 tsp of glue with 2 tsp of water, and apply in one direction with a foam brush, then apply again across the previous coat, and leave to dry.
Card and paper crafting keeps me sane! But this is now mainly a Vlog, due to Eyesight issues. Please feel free to use my designs for inspiration Purposes, but do not Directly copy, or pass my work off as your own. I would rather inspire, than be "flattered" by copying, xx
