woyww LETS SEE WHEN SHE PUTS IT UP!!!

Okay good start Caps lock on at the wrong time!!!
so to the crux of the matter, and Voyeurism abounds.........if you have no idea what I am on about, then you need to journey over to the mistress, of all desks, Mistress Julia's, and tell her all about it!!

My desk.............. my abiding shame is that generally I manage to take a pick of my desk when its an absolute disgrace, and people rarely believe that I ever tidy up, I do Honest, just not on a Tuesday night, when I'm in full creative flow!!
Okay, I have made 5 1/2 cards today, and am still busy, mostly FG's fault I must admit!! FG= Fairy Godmother, tiny little old lady bent double with age, no teeth, cant see, think I'd better stop now before she hits me , or goes off in a huff!
One card I just wanted to throw away, as I was so disgusted in it, however FG was adamant that it wasnt that bad, so I sent her a pic, It was that bad, and she made me take it to bits and re do it, so that was one and a half cards, the other 4 I am pleased with and I will Blog them later on, but for now to the desk..........
My experiments with my newest toy...........FLITTER!!! by Indigo Blu, its yummy!!!
a new 1 1/2 " cirle punch, glitter station, glue gun, heat gun, the remnants of the card FG made me re-do, some toppers I was playing with earlier, a tub of NO NOT ICECREAM!!! its Skeleton leaves actually!!! and the bane of my life, my scraps box, or leaning tower of Pizza. I have moved it in an attempt to start using instead of dumping, I know I know, I'll get to it, but a girl needs to play you know!!
so my shame and my triumph!!

    Well i love the card that your monstrosity turned out to be as you call it!Beautiful.Boy im so glad your pizza pile just like the one on the floor by my side..lol
    Have no mojo so sorted through some papers ,stroked some as you do.But that was it mojo hidden under the snow and got bored with the pile papers!

    Wow 5 1/2 cards is good going. My total this evening is 1/2 a card, due entirely to a lilttle 5 yr old scamp who visited us tonight, pulled a stool across the room, climbed up and sat at me desk with me demanding to "help". I introduced her to the joys of water colouring with pencils and sent her home with some stamped images! Must get that card finished tomorrow night now!! Glad to see you're back on form, new that tidy desk wouldn't last, hee hee!!

    I don't make cards, but if I must, I make a bunch alike. I'm not good at designs like you. Yours turned out perfect in the end. I'm # 25 this week. And yes, she put it up so early it caught me off guard.

    Your card has turned out beautifully. I love the tree.
    I spent all day just making 3 cards and they were just my art printed and stuck to a blank card. I can paint but I can't stick!

    Well I like both cards Lou, it's so subjective isn't it! Waht was in the turquoise box at top right then..sweeties? Yum. Love the glue gun dropped neatly in the hole..is that a deliberate hole for that job?

    Hello Loo, I knew you would be pleased to see that even I can get in a muddle at times ... however, you beat me by a mile :) That pile in the right corner looks perilously close to collapsing. Like Julia, I love your purpose-built(?) hole for your glue gun in your desk - so handy. Great cards, both of them, is that embossed metal or mirri board you've used, I wonder - it's very nice whatever it is. Hope you're having a good day. Elizabeth x #2

    Your FG sound the image of me lol.I dont get pain on getting out of bed or sitting either ...certain movements start things up and stress increases the problems.

    Love your industrious desk and I love the BF card ...great makeover.

    My Fairy Godmother wears hobnail boots, drinks stout by the pint and sings rude songs - I'm aiming to be like her by the time I'm 60. Yes sirree!

    Funny how we see something awful and others love it! I;ve taken cards apart b4 cos I couldnt' live with them - beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but the crafter has to love it too!

    Fancy finding you on here. We've spoken on the MCS Platinum club forum... I've not done WOYWW for months and months. I started doing it 2 years ago when I was first off work, but haven't been on recently. Actually, I've been pretty bad at blogging full stop.

    Hope you are well and lovely to see your desk at last. I'm interested in the 'flitter' thing. I going to have a look at what it is.

    I'm fascinated in the tree you have embossed. Is is crafting metal that you've used alcohol inks on? Fab.
